State Contracts Assistance Network (SCAN)
SCAN has teamed up with partner organizations and programs throughout the state to bring training, networking and a helping hand to those who need it.
Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS)
On WEBS, businesses can find current public agency solicitations for goods and services, including:

- Construction
- Real estate leasing
Washington State agencies are required to post goods and services solicitations in the WEBS system, so it’s the first place you should check to view and bid on solicitations. Upon registering, you can sign up for notifications for bid opportunities and awards.
