Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS)

On WEBS, businesses can find current public agency solicitations for goods and services, including:

    • Engineering
    • Architectural consulting
    • Construction
    • Real estate leasing

Washington State agencies are required to post goods and services solicitations in the WEBS system, so it’s the first place you should check to view and bid on solicitations. Upon registering, you can sign up for notifications for bid opportunities and awards.
