The Washington State Fair isn’t the only big thing happening in Puyallup next month. The 2024 Washington Small Business Fair (BizFair) is coming to Pierce College on Sept. 21.

Billed as “THE event that all current and aspiring small business owners should attend,” BizFair is the longest running all government and nonprofit-run small business fair in the state. And as always, it’s free to attend and open to everyone.

BizFair attendees can expect to:

• Sharpen their business skills. Attend educational seminars led by industry experts.
• Learn about valuable small business resources. The Exhibition Hall will be staffed by representatives from federal, state and local agencies, and local nonprofit organizations.
• Connect with technical assistance providers and small business supporters in a no-sales environment. 

Additional BizFairs are scheduled for Sept. 14 in Spokane and Oct. 5 in Pasco. The Pasco event will be in Spanish.
