Attention women business owners. Do you have an idea for a new business or product? You could win a cash prize and the resources to take your next big step.

The 2022 Women-Owned Business Pitch Contest is presented by KeyBank’s Key4Women, in collaboration with the University of Washington Tacoma Milgard School of Business, University of Washington Foster School of Business and TheWMarketplace. The inaugural contest offers access to capital and business development, mentoring and the opportunity to increase market visibility. Cash awards totaling more than $47,000 will be awarded, including a grand prize of $20,000.

To be eligible, for-profit businesses must be 51 percent owned, controlled, operated and managed by a woman or women. Businesses must be headquartered in Pierce, King, Snohomish, Kitsap and Thurston counties. Applicants can be entrepreneurs with a new business idea or an existing companies with a new product or service that expands their current business with annual sales of less than $3 million.
