Tickets are now available for the hottest event in Pierce County. The 2024 EDB Annual Meeting is happening March 20 at the Greater Tacoma Convention Center.

The theme of this year’s event is “Workforce! Workforce! Workforce!”, so you can expect a program packed with valuable and relevant information and insights. WorkForce Central CEO Katie Condit will moderate a panel discussion with Pierce County higher education leaders, including University of Washington Tacoma Chancellor Sheila Edwards Lange, Clover Park Technical College President Joyce Loveday, Pacific Lutheran President Allan Belton and Tacoma Community College President Ivan Harrell.

Also on the agenda: Announcement of this year’s Excellent 10 and recipient of the Golden Shovel Award, economic updates, great food and prizes.
