Grow your skills at the 2024 Supervisory Academy: April 4

Clover Park Technical College (CPTC) Corporate Education (formerly Invista Performance Solutions) will offer its annual Supervisory Academy on April 4. The day-long event will be held at the McGavick Conference Center on the CPTC Lakewood campus.

Attendees can choose from an array of expert-led workshops, including:

  • Decision-Making Tools for the Workplace: Handling Tough Choices

The Supervisory Academy is designed to help managers and supervisors enhance their communications skills, increase confidence, build stronger teams, and stay up to date on the latest industry trends, best practices, regulations and diverse perspectives.

“Systems and people change through the years,” CPTC Corporate Education Program Coordinator Jacqueline Herrara-Bravo said. “Effective leaders recognize that upskilling and training employees on new technologies or improved systems is the most effective way to help them advance and ensure their organization stays competitive.”
