Biggest jump in workforce in 24 years

In its July 2017 Employment Report, WorkForce Central reported a significant increase in Pierce County’s labor force. The largest single-month increase in two-and-a-half decades is a strong indicator of what a hot destination our county has become for people seeking a great quality of life.
